working in &#8220;Right Pack&#8221;!<\/p>\n<p>The investment was realized in the implementation of the &#8220;Road to Ecopacks&#8221; project and with the financial support of the &#8220;Norwegian Financial Mechanism &#8211; 2014-2021&#8221;, within the priority area &#8220;Innovations for green industry&#8221; of the program &#8220;Development of business, innovation and small and medium enterprises&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The machine is for finishing operations such as partial varnish and hot stamping. A key innovation in the technology is the absence of waste and the minimization of preparation time. The factors that played a role in its selection are high energy efficiency and low carbon footprint. In addition, the system eliminates the need for films, clich\u00e9s, screens.<\/p>\n<p>MGI JETVarnish is the world&#8217;s first scalable digital printing press designed to create finishing touches on images, text and other design elements. In this way, the printing house complies with the new EU regulations for environmental protection. At the same time, we satisfy our customers&#8217; demands for high-quality printing on eco-cardboards.<\/p>\n<p>We at Right Pack believe that it is necessary for printing companies to review their production processes in order to introduce more sustainable practices. We try to limit the use of unnecessary chemicals and use more recycled materials. Also, defining ourselves as a progressive printing company, we have chosen digital printing machines that use less energy, require fewer chemicals and use biodegradable toner.<\/p>\n<p>Changing the printing method makes sense if efficient and environmentally friendly substitutes can be found. As a result, reducing waste reduces costs and makes the operation more efficient and profitable. These practices illustrate the development direction of &#8220;Right Pack&#8221; and our mission to enforce environmentally friendly printing.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;ROAD TO ECOPACKS&#8221; project allows us to improve the competitiveness of &#8220;Rite Pack&#8221; in the market of eco-cardboard packaging.
