Our History

THE HISTORY OF RIGHT PACK PRINTING HOUSE

Right Pack Ltd. Printing House was founded in 2006 as part of the Austrian printing group RATT GmbH, under the name Ratt Pak. This has helped us accumulate considerable know-how, to work with some of the best specialists and to fulfil orders of demanding customers from all over the world. This collaboration has become one of the most innovative and efficient systems of packaging companies in Central Europe. In 2013 we decided that the accumulated experience and loyal customers allow us to become an independent company and continue to develop. We built our own production and warehousing facility in Asenovgrad, three production lines, a wide range of finishing operations, a highly efficient ERP system. We have enriched our machinery fleet with several implemented European Union grant projects to increase competitiveness and work efficiency. We received ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and FSC® CoC certification, built a professional and motivated team of employees and much more. As a result of our efforts, we were able to offer a complete cycle of packaging production and ensure control of all processes.

Right Pack’s mission and goal is by the end of 2025 to achieve production in which 50% of our packaging is made of recycled paper. The recycling of paper and its subsequent use play an important role in reducing the negative impact on the environment and in particular the deforestation. Increasing the use of recycled paper by just 10% could save 1,843,200 trees. In order to contribute to the reduction of negative effects on nature, we at Right Pack are purposively working, together with our customers, to increase the use of recycled paper in the production of packaging. This trend is becoming more and more dominant on a global scale.

For the realization of our goal of sustainable production that preserves nature, it is necessary to continuously update the machinery fleet. Right Pack invested over 5 million BGN in the last year for the introduction of new machines for Bulgaria which have low-emissions and significantly increase efficiency. One of them is an innovative digital effects technology for application of effects and operates without waste.

CERTIFICATIONS
  • 2006 - ISO 9001 certified as a subsidiary of RATT GmbH.
  • 2013 - After the separation from the Austrian printing group, Right Pack Ltd. was successfully certified independently according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
  • 2014 - Together with the ISO 9001 standard, Right Pack Ltd. also successfully introduced FSC® Chain of Custody.
  • 2016 - We are proud to be one of the first companies in Bulgaria to switch to the new version of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
  • 2017 - Since April, an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System has been in place at Right Pack Ltd., following the introduction of the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
  • 2018 - Since April, Right Pack Ltd. has been successfully certified according to the social responsibility standard SA8000:2014.
