Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between RIGHT PACK LTD, UIC: 160059826, head office and registered address: Plovdiv, No. 21 st. "Acad. Georgi Nadjakov" /"Supplier“/ on one side and The users on the website www.rightpack.eu, as well as any media channel, mobile website or mobile application, if any, close or related or otherwise connected to it /collectively referred to as “The Website"/ in connection with the access and use of the Website.
Users agree that by accessing the Website they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Supplier at any time. Users of the Website agree that they will be deemed to have been notified of and agree to the updated Terms and Conditions in the event that they continue to use the Website after the date of publication of the current Terms and Conditions.

Service Characteristics
The main characteristics of the services provided to the Users by the Supplier through the Site, hereinafter referred to as the "Services", are the following:
The Supplier provides an opportunity to view and share the content published on the Website. The Supplier presents their information, the products and services provided, informational articles, contacts and others.
The Supplier offers an opportunity to generate electronic inquiries through a functional inquiry form within the Site. Users should fill in the fields specified by the Supplier and select the "Send" button. A representative of the Supplier shall contact the User who sent the inquiry within 24 hours within the working week or on the first working day if the inquiry is made on a holiday.
When using this service, the Users should bear in mind that by accepting these General Terms and Conditions, they shall be considered informed that the use of this service does not automatically lead to the conclusion of a contract between the respective User and the Supplier. Responses to inquiries by the Supplier do not constitute an offer to enter into a contract and do not bind the Supplier. An individual contract is concluded for each order, which is not subject to these General Terms and Conditions.
The Supplier gives the opportunity for using a dynamic Google map integrated on the Site. The use of this service is subject to the applicable Google Maps and Google Earth Terms of Use available at https://www.google.com/intl/bg_bg/help/terms_maps.html.
The Supplier offers an opportunity to change the language of the content of the Site, by selecting the function buttons /icons/, denoting the relevant languages, at the top of the Site.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Supplier and/or its partners are the owners of all content on the Site, including the "RIGHT PACK" trade name, logos, corporate symbols and images, and trademarks visible on the Site. Without the express prior written consent of the Supplier or its respective partner, no part of this Site can be reproduced in any form – it cannot be copied, distributed or used as photos, text, graphics, services, in any media or computer environment, unless it concerns information of a minor volume intended for personal use, provided that the legitimate interests of the authors or other holders of intellectual property rights are not unreasonably damaged, or in the event that the copying or reproduction is for a non-commercial purpose.
The materials published and visible on the Site are protected by the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act, the Trademarks and Geographical Indications Act and other relevant regulations, and any unauthorized use thereof will be treated as a violation of copyright, rights on trademarks or relevant other regulations. The Supplier reserves the right to publish advertising banners of any kind, as well as electronic references (links) from any part of this Site, subject to compliance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
The Users have the right to freely use the materials and resources of the Site for legal purposes, observing the restrictions under these General Terms and Conditions. The Users may not use the Site in a way that violates, directly or indirectly, any applicable local or international law, and/or in a way that violates, directly or indirectly, the rights of others, and/or to upload and/or distribute materials that contain viruses or adware or similar computer codes designed to damage the rights and/or interests of third parties.
Use of the Site
In connection with the use of the Site, the Users agree not to:
– systematically extract data or other content from the Site in order to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without the written consent of the Supplier;
– use the Site to advertise or offer for sale the Supplier's products and/or services or any other products or services;
– bypass, disable or otherwise impede the security-related functions of the Site, including elements that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or impose restrictions on the use of the Site and/or the content that is hosted on him;
– interfere with, disrupt or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site;
– use the Site as part of an attempt to compete with the Supplier or otherwise use the Site and/or the content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise;
– attempt to evade any Site measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site or any part of the Site.
– use the Site in a manner not compliant with applicable laws or regulations.
Personal Data Protection
The Supplier takes measures to protect the Users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"). The Supplier adopts and publishes a Privacy Policy on its website.
The website www.rightpack.eu has the right to install on the Users' computer "cookies", which are saved by the Website on the hard drive of the respective User and allow the recovery of information about the User. The Supplier adopts and publishes a Cookie Policy on its website.
Others
These General Terms and Conditions enter into force for all Users from the date of their publication on the Supplier's Website. The provisions of the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union apply to all issues not settled by these General Terms and Conditions.
The Supplier reserves the right to change the information published on the Site at any time without prior notice. The changes enter into force immediately and become binding for the parties under these General Terms and Conditions from the moment they are published on the Site. The Supplier shall not be liable if the Users have not read the latest version of these General Terms and Conditions.
The Supplier shall not be liable to the Users or any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Site.
The Supplier does not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times. Hardware, software or other problems may be experienced or maintenance related to the Site may need to be performed, resulting in interruptions, delays or errors.
The information and materials available on the Site (including but not limited to: articles, images, messages and others) are informative, general and abstract in nature and do not constitute, nor should they be accepted or otherwise interpreted as advice, guidance and/or consultation provided by the Supplier to any of the Users on the Site.
When using the services of the Site, Users undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, as well as all other conditions set by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union, even if they are not mentioned in these General Terms and Conditions.
